The family of Cocklebur Baptist Church desires to see the community affected by the Person and Presence of Jesus Christ to such an extent that the morality, purposes, and attitudes of every person in the community are changed.
We want all people, both the un-churched and those looking for a new church home, to see that Christ is the center of all activity and worship at Cocklebur Baptist Church. We desire to make Cocklebur Baptist Church a place that welcomes and ministers compassionately to all people with the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ.
At Cocklebur Baptist Church, we desire to provide exciting, meaningful opportunities for participation, growth, and service at every age and stage of life. We attempt to reach these goals, in part, through emphasizing and supporting missions for every part of the world through both the Cooperative Program and our local church.
It is our desire to produce, spiritually nourish, and train successive generations of disciples to carry out this vision until the Lord comes again.
